Cpanel Mailman mailing lists: cannot manage lists after migrating to new host

We recently migrated 2 Cpanel servers to VPS. Most things migrated properly and without incident. However, Mailman mailing lists were the exception. APC Cache Considerations for Virtual Hosting Environments
