The site content and design is very well put together, looks clean, simple and above all, professional. Congratulations. I had my site in Joomla before, it is a great tool for sites that require extended functionality, however, it’s quite complicated for new users. You did a good job with this one. I’ve settled for WP because of the simplicity that it offers.

Very nice website. I am starting to learn Joomla as well. We have been historically using wordpress, but with the recent google slaps that are effecting almost every wp site, I am looking for a replacement and have identified joomla as the solution for us.

I think google is fine with wp sites as long as they have some good caching in front of them and can handle the amount of traffic a major search hit will bring. Some folks I work with recently built a Zend app for the PM side of things, and a WP front-end.

If you cache the site pages and CDN the content, then your site can handle the traffic. If you need to be able to handle a lot of form transactions, then you need a little more horsepower and security. WP can be made to do that if you pick or modify the right theme templates and plugins.

The theme we use is modified from an e-commerce template and it works well for enquiries. And it also will handle payment transactions if you put some good security measures in place.

The Walldorf Property Management site is built with EZ-Realty, which is fairly well featured, and I think has gone into open source with some support, though the original dev is no longer active.

The base theme for the Office Coordinators webite can be pretty easily adapted to real estate enquiries and subscription payments
